Amber released  her new EP, called “Come a Little Closer” on April 12th 2024. The four songs on this EP offer listeners a varied deep-dive into the world of modern country-pop. The title track (Come a Little Closer) was pre-released as a single in September of 2023 followed by a fun music video and gets its audience dancing with a pounding bass drum and rocky guitar lines. The second pre-released single “Homeless” (release in January 2024) tells a story of loss and loneliness to which dreamy pedal steel lines and Amber’s emotional voice pull listeners in. The EP’s two remaining songs “Picket Fence Memories” and “Red Wine Stains” paint a picture of adventure and weightlessness. With the EP “Come a Littler Closer” Amber Rae is giving fans a broad taste of what to expect from her debut album which will be released in August of 2024.
